I am anonymous, I am alone
Waiting in a train station
Many miles from home
I close my eyes, I gently sigh
I wipe away a teardrop from my eye
Looking back on time and what was done
Reflecting on the man I was
And the man I have become
Remembering choices that was mine,
Sitting here, longing for another time.
I remain here in this place
Where no one knows my name
To live another minute,
To survive another day
I try to hang on, but my sanity is drifting
Life to me no longer has meaning
I leave my bench to board the Spanish Train
As the evening turns dark, it begins to rain
Raindrops explode in puddles in front of me.
This night offers me no sanctuary.
As I go to confront my fate
Again I gently sigh,
As my train disappears into
A windswept sky
