I go to the darkened place
Where I feel your sweet embrace
Memories fade without a trace
Because of you, is it true?

I no longer have my sanity
Reality has had its time with me
Wishing I could be free
From this life you have given me

Crowded places within my mind
Mirrors to another time
Bad choices that were mine
Solutions to problems I can't find

I stumble, wandering aimlessly
In this prison they call reality
Demons cast their eyes at me
They promise me eternity.

To sleep forever and a day
To let my soul drift away
I will finally then be free
From this Hell that tortures me.

Oblivion beckons me away
To sleep awhile until the day
My souls reborn and I am new
But this is the end for me and you.
